The Weaver’s Retreat

An Intimate Ceremonial Immersion At Viva Ananda

Dear friend,

When you spend your days holding everything together, it can become difficult to hear what you need. At the foot of Camelback Mountain, we invite you to give yourself the space to listen again.

From October 23rd to the 26th, Viva Ananda Bhavan opens its doors for the gathering of The Weaver’s Retreat: a three-night ceremonial immersion designed to support deep personal transformation. An intimate circle, four facilitators, and a sanctuary close to nature offer a rare opportunity to turn your attention inward.

The experience weaves contemplative wisdom and embodied practice into a carefully held journey. With your meals prepared and a private tent to return to, you can give this time fully to yourself.

What Happens Inside The Weaver’s Chamber

SAFETY & PRESENCE
Inside the Weaver's Chamber, we explore the feeling of safety: what it's like to fully arrive in the body, and how that ground shapes the way we rest, relate, work, and take up space in our lives.

INNER KNOWING
In our second gathering, we turn toward clarity, the quiet voice beneath all the other voices, and how trusting it changes the way we make decisions, set boundaries, and move through our days.

THE OPEN HEART
In our third gathering, we explore love: softening the armor we've built over time, and learning to receive as freely as we give in our relationships, our families, and with ourselves.

BEAUTY & WONDER
In our fourth gathering, we return to wonder: slowing down enough to let beauty in again, and noticing how awe changes the way we eat, rest, create, and experience the ordinary moments of our days.

FORGIVENESS & RELEASE
In our fifth gathering, we explore forgiveness: laying down the unspoken words, old grief, and resentments we've carried, and discovering how much lighter we feel in our bodies, our voices, and our relationships.

DEEP STILLNESS
In our sixth gathering, we turn toward stillness: the rest that becomes possible once the heart has opened and the truth has been spoken, and how that quiet steadies our minds, our sleep, and the pace of our lives.

GRACE & BELONGING
In our seventh gathering, we explore grace: weaving together everything we've lived over these days, and carrying home a felt sense of belonging to ourselves, to one another, and to something larger.

The Change We Invite You To Explore

Our intention is to help you reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself: to recognize your own yes and no, approach decisions with greater clarity, and feel more at home in your body.

That might mean setting a boundary without spending the evening second-guessing it. Sitting quietly without immediately reaching for your phone. Or noticing what you need before the demands of the day take over.

The retreat creates space to begin this work. Integration gives you support as you explore how those discoveries can shape your relationships, choices, and daily rhythms.

Your Home At The Sanctuary

Ten private, elegantly furnished glamping tents sit among the trees, offering a quiet place to settle between ceremony and sleep. The intimacy of the setting is central to the retreat, with room for both shared experience and time alone.

Meals are prepared by a dedicated retreat chef, guided by Ayurvedic principles and served beneath the breezeway overlooking the mountain. Thoughtfully prepared food, unhurried meals, and the surrounding landscape bring care into the ordinary moments of your stay.

The people holding the experience

Four facilitators bring complementary backgrounds in psychiatry, somatic practice, Ayurveda, contemplative work, and creative expression to the gathering.

Dr. Luna is a psychiatrist and Elder Mystic guide with more than three decades of clinical experience and a lifelong contemplative practice. She brings a steady, discerning presence to the inner work of the retreat.

Dr. Meera is a psychiatrist, somatic practitioner, and movement artist whose work brings attention to the relationship between mind, body, and spirit through attunement and embodied awareness.

Dr. Meghana is a naturopathic physician and Ayurveda expert. She brings an earth-centered perspective to the experience through food, natural healing traditions, and practices that invite a closer relationship with the body.

Pooja is a beauty entrepreneur, creative innovator, and embodiment artist. Her work explores how inner experience can find expression through creativity, beauty, and everyday presence.
