FAQs

Who is The Weaver's Retreat for?

1

The Weaver's Retreat is for men and women who sense they are ready for a deeper chapter in their lives and want guidance in getting there while being in a safe space and surrounded by like minded people.

Some arrive after a major transition, others simply feel that the way they've been living no longer fits. What they share is a readiness to slow down, listen inward, and be supported by people who know how to hold that process with care.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You only need to feel the pull to come.

Why is the retreat priced the way it is?

2

Because every element was designed to give you a level of care that larger retreats can't offer.

  • Only 10 participants. We keep the group intentionally small so that our practitioners can truly know you. You'll be seen, heard, and guided personally, never lost in a crowd.

  • Group work and private sessions. Alongside shared circles, you'll have one-on-one time with Dr. Luna, Dr. Meera, Dr. Thanki and Pooja each bringing her own expertise.

  • Private glamping accommodations. Your own space to rest, reflect, and integrate, surrounded by nature, with the comfort of a well-appointed retreat.

  • All Ayurvedic meals, prepared by a private chef. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to nourish and support you throughout the experience.

  • Ayurvedic massage. Hands-on bodywork rooted in a centuries-old tradition, offered as part of your stay.

  • Guest practitioners. Invited facilitators lead meditations, sound baths, bodywork, and yoga, adding depth and variety to each day.

When you add it up, you're not paying for a room and a schedule. You're investing in a fully held experience, where every detail is taken care of so your only job is to be present.

What does a typical day look like?

3

Days move at a gentle, intentional pace. Mornings often begin with meditation or yoga, followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic breakfast. From there, the day weaves together group sessions, private time with our practitioners, bodywork, and open space to rest or walk in nature. Evenings may include a sound bath or a quiet circle before returning to your private accommodations. There is structure, but never rush.

What makes The Weaver's Retreat different from other retreats?

How do I join?

Not at all. Some participants have practiced for years; others are trying meditation for the first time. Every session is guided, and our practitioners meet you exactly where you are. All you need to bring is curiosity and willingness.

The retreat is held by four women who are also family: a mother and her daughters. That changes the experience in ways that are hard to find anywhere else.

Many of us grew up in families where conflict went unresolved, love felt conditional, or no one had the tools to repair what broke. At The Weaver's Retreat, you get to see something different up close: a family that works together with care and respect, where each woman actively supports the others' growth.

That doesn't mean they're a perfect family. Like any family, they have their challenges, disagreements, and moments of tension. The difference is what happens next. They have a deep set of tools for working through difficulty, and they use them, finding their way back to each other every time. Each time they do, their bond grows stronger.

For many participants, simply being around that is one of the most meaningful parts of the retreat. It shows what is possible: a family that chooses growth together and makes self-mastery a shared path rather than a lonely one.

And each woman brings something no one else at the table can:

  • Dr. Luna brings 30 years of experience in psychiatry, decades of Vipassana meditation practice, and deep study of Human Design and the Gene Keys teachings of Richard Rudd. She bridges clinical understanding of the mind with contemplative wisdom.

  • Dr. Meera specializes in helping people process and integrate unresolved experiences from childhood and adolescence, the early patterns that so often shape how we live and love as adults.

  • Dr. Thanki brings Ayurvedic and naturopathic expertise, with a focus on restoring balance to the gut, which is closely connected to how we feel and process emotion.

  • Pooja knows from the inside what it's like to run on autopilot. As a successful entrepreneur, she reached a point where life looked full but felt hectic and empty of something essential. She speaks to the journey of bringing balance, connection, and spiritual fulfillment back into a busy life.

Together, they offer a combination of clinical depth, ancient tradition, and lived experience that no single facilitator could provide.

Because the group is limited to 10, we take time to make sure the retreat is the right fit for each person.

Start by submitting a short application. A member of our team will then reach out for a brief 10–15 minute conversation.

If it feels like a good match on both sides, we'll schedule a longer call to walk you through the experience and how it aligns with what you're hoping for.
